Don't forget to come to class each day dressed and ready to participate. Even if you are not feeling
well, it is imortant that you dress down and come to class. I will do my best to find something for you to do that will allow
you to be activite to the best of your ability. If you fail to dress down, you will lose points toward your grade.
Also, please remember to let me know if you are going to be away for any period of time. I will provide you with some
written work so that you will not have as much make up work or make up miles awaiting you when you return.
Be sure to always take those clothes home on Friday to be laundered. If you wish to have a second set of PE clothes,,
we still have clothes available for sale both new and used.
BINDERS, BINDERS, BINDERS!!!
The secret
to a good grade in your Physical Education class is to dress down daily, show great effort and great attitude in all you do
and to always have your binder!! Your binder is the place where we keep all handouts, all notes, and you keep close record
of your runs and weight room work outs. You are not permitted into the weight room without your Binder, your weight room card
and a pen or pencil. Don't miss out on the fun! Bring that binder to class when asked and be sure to return it to your locker
each time. There is no need to take the binder home!! Keep it handy at school in your PE locker!!

Physical Education Clothes for Sale!
The required Physical Education Uniform is royal blue shorts, a white T Shirt, white socks and
tied athletic shoes. (No slip ons, vans, etc) Sweat clothes may be only blue, black, grey or white. We have limited sizes
available in all clothing at this time. Clothing
may be purchased any time through-out the year at the beginning or end of the PE class period.

Please remember, if you do not dress down, I cannot allow you to participate. This is for your own safety and hygiene
reasons. Consider getting a second set of clothes so that you never lose points (20 points for non participation) or have
to use the loaner clothes.
