Eich Athletics

Here's your chance to Participate...

Eich Intermediate School offers a wonderful variety of sports for all students who wish to participate in a competitive, afterschool, interschool athletic program.

Eich Sports are divided into 4 major seasons:


Fall Sports:
Girls 7th and 8th Grade Volleyball
7th and 8th Grade Competitive Flag Football - Open to boys and Girls
Cross Country- 7th and 8th grade- No cuts

Winter Sports:
Boys 7th and 8th Grade Basketball
Tryouts held in October
Girls 7th and 8th Grade Basketball
Tryouts held in January
Wrestling- 7th and 8th, Boys and Girls- No cuts

Spring Sports:
Boys 7th and 8th Grade Volleyball
Tryouts held in March
Track- 7th and 8th, Boys and Girls - No cuts

Year Long Sports:
Cheerleading- One team, 7th and 8th Grade
Tryouts held in May for the following year's team.































































































































































































































































Eich School competes athletically in the Foothill Intermediate School Athletic League; F.I.S.A.L.



F.I.S.A.L. is a well run athletic league comprised of 13 schools in the greater Roseville / Rocklin / Granite Bay/ Antelope area with more schools set to enter the league soon. Participation in F.I.S.A.L. is monitored by rules and policies enforced by each school's Athletic Director and Admiistrators as well as the F.I.S.A.L. Director.

In order to participate in athletics at Eich, a student must complete a medical waiver, a permission slip, read and sign the Athletic Handbook contract, and pay a fee of $50.00 to cover the transportation and referee expenses.


Eich Athletic Eligibility



At Eich, we view school and academic endeavors as the first priority for a student. Athletics must always take a back seat to academics for all students. Therefore, we have in place a strict, district wide eligibility policy which determines the participation ability of all students in the Roseville City School District.



Teachers, administrators and coaches pay close attention to and abide by these eligibility policies. If a student is no longer eligibile for participation, he or she would be removed from the team.
