Our weight room days are Wednesdays and our fitness / cardio activities will primarily happen on Fridays.  Our fitness / cardio activities will rotate between 1, 1 1/2, 2 miles, the Pacer run, power walks, jump rope competitions and a few other cardo activities.

Make up runs happen every Friday after school. Students interested in making up a missing run, a non dress or use of  loaner clothes can earn back those points by running on Friday. Be sure to report to the fire hydrant by 3:15 to be included in the run.
